  1. I've been having it since 2007, I met a guy in France on a surf trip that was growing his own and got me onto it. Its a super food, like goji berries. Not the greatest taste, but you only need a shot a day.
  2. It's a type grass and you drink it, full of nutrients, anti-oxidents and vitimins in a small shot. All you will need, in a little bit of grass. Gives you loads of energy, very, very good for you, you can get them from Kauai.
  3. As far as I know not really, you can buy a manual grinder. There is something in the crushing of it that releases the good stuff. These are about R800 from Amazon, http://www.amazon.com/Weston-Manual-Wheatgrass-Juicer-Stainless/dp/B0017TP7C4

    CWC Service

I was super impressed with the store and service recieved when I was down at Xmas time. They sorted mine and the wifes bike on a Sat before we went away. This while they had other bikes already lined up. The stor just blew me away
  6. I can't understand why one bike's chain and cassette did that, and the other not. Both washed and lubed at the same time, just strange.
  7. It was a hoax according to the Plastic Info Organisation, http://www.plasticsi...apc_faqs.html#8 I have heard not to drink a bottle of water been left in a hot car.
  8. What about freezing your bladder from the Camelback?
  9. This is something I wanted to know, thanks for the heads-up . What about freezing 32Gi with PeptoPro inside? I was putting a small amount of water into my bottle and then freezing that, then making up a mix before I go ride.
  10. Whats a better a bike-fit option? The BG fit through Specialized or the ErgoFIT & ErgoMAX. What method does Cyclelab use? Is it best to get both my bikes set-up at the same time?
  11. Technically there is a bonnet, the engine is just in the boot My bad, a bonnet/ hood is just a cover for the engine, I thought it was always at the front
  12. "We would expect all cyclists to be good ambassadors for cycling, just as Shane has been for cricket. Um,when was a ever a good ambassador for cricket?
  13. Any recomendations for Bike Setup in Durban? I've found two people, the one being Clayton Blackler and the other being Gareth Harrington.
  14. Possibly , It has now been scrubbed clean again to a degree and lubed , but still has brown spots, not a happy bunny. There was no way I could just ride with it like that.
  15. Gareth Harrington's details: www.centreforsportsmedicine.co.za Gareth Harrington Physiotherapist Holroyd & Goodenough Physio- Hillcrest Tel: 031 7642918 Email: hillcrest@thephysio.co.za www.physiolink.co.za
  16. ADMIN. There should be a Report button? It used to come up with a dialogue box to report what the issue is.
  17. Bwah aha ha ha ha Is that a genuine Campy kit?
  18. Thanks for the replies I was about to edit my reply about the timescale in Active Topics as I had just seen it had been amended. Spell Check sorted as well now. Happy Days
  19. Whats happening with the reverse order of the threads? Newest post first option please Where is Spell check? Is it possible to have another option in the Active threads with a shorter time scale, like you used to be able to check active post in the last 2, 4 or 12 hours?
  20. There will always be big spenders, and a lot of those will have more money then sense.
  21. I agree a good pair of cycling shorts should be included. I would again say a decent pair of gloves is important, if not for comfort alone, when starting out.
  22. There is that to factor in also, but then also consider the fact that when you upgrade you will end up spending more then you first intended, its a no win situation Either way its gonna cost you, so my suggestion would be to get a decent 2nd hand bike then see from there if you want to get really into it. I wish that someone had told me in the beginning that it is better to spend wisely in cycling, and to buy the better equipment right from the start, it would have saved me a lot of money. That's not to say the most expensive is always the best, but generally if you are paying more you tend to get a better end/ quality product.
  23. It's not all about the weight, yes that comes into it. Its the components that are better as well. Please don't get me wrong, there is nothing really wrong with a 4K bike, and we all need to start somewhere, but it really grates my cheese when people say get something cheaper now and buy something better later when the bug has bitten, rather buy the best bike you can possibly afford now also rememering to include a decent pair of gloves and helmut, if its 4-5K then so be it.
