  2. Google says https://poly.cam/# is Android compatible, while ChatGPT says this about the website. The website https://poly.cam/ is used for creating and sharing 3D models using LiDAR technology. Polycam, the service provided by this website, allows users to capture high-quality 3D models of objects, rooms, buildings, and outdoor environments using their smartphones or tablets equipped with LiDAR sensors. LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) technology measures distances by illuminating the target with laser light and measuring the reflection with a sensor, enabling detailed and accurate 3D mapping. Specific features of Polycam related to LiDAR include: 1. 3D Scanning: Users can scan objects and environments in real-time to create detailed 3D models. 2. Model Editing: After capturing, users can edit and refine the 3D models within the app. 3. Sharing and Exporting: Users can share their 3D models with others or export them for use in other applications, including CAD software and 3D printing. Overall, Polycam leverages LiDAR technology to facilitate the creation of precise 3D representations for various uses, from virtual tours to design and construction projects.
  3. Between SBS (AUS), RAI (ITA) Sporza (BEL) I’ve watched every road race this year without having paid a cent. The only problem is that some races weren’t live from Km zero but often the final 60-100km; like the old days before GCN+. XCO and DHI is a different story, which I haven’t seen a single event yet.
  4. They do, it’s called an iPhone. The Apple (wrist) Watch workout can broadcast to a paired iPhone.
  5. How the fillings? Looks a little bumpy like Gauteng’s tar roads 😂
  6. Saturday; the coldest day of the year for me, at least out on the bike.
  7. Marketing points trump UCI points. They (IPT) are getting a lot more airtime than they likely would get if he wasn’t at the race.
  8. It would appear that BikeHub has a better database of offenders.
  9. Tyronne White https://bikehub.co.za/news/anti-doping-rule-violation-tyronne-white-r5959/?comments_page=8
  10. Maroesjka Matthee another
  11. I don’t see Yolande de Villiers either. https://bikehub.co.za/news/yolande-de-villiers-sanctioned-for-anti-doping-rule-violation-r4094/
  12. Peter Seyffert https://bikehub.co.za/news/seyffert-receives-two-year-ban-from-competition-r809/
  13. He was on the list for a pee-pee test at “our” race in February, but didn’t arrive for the start.
  14. There are more names missing. It was mentioned previously that some data was lost.
  15. Watch this…
  16. He works for the marketing team of IPT… his former glory still brings the attention. Smile 😊 and wave 👋
  17. I think this is Primoz’s biggest problem he has to overcome… remaining upright for 21 days.
  18. IG is also showing closed.
  19. A conviction for child protection and sexual offences remains on a person’s record for life, whereas a criminal record can be expunged after 10 years (for minor offences). This is why it’s important that those found guilty are added to the register.
  20. Spoiler alert 🚨 Stage 2 winner shortly behind the moto.
  21. I was one of many (>50) that did level 1 in 2021, which cost R500 at the time. It was an online course, and all theory. Certainly not enough to call oneself a coach; as there’s so much more to learn and experience. A number of former pros and current younger Elite/U23 riders (presumably Sports Science students) completed the course. Perhaps they’re setting themselves up for a future coaching role. The admin to get a licence might prevent them from converting, which means they can’t do level 2, as a level 1 licence is required. I’m working full time, so my “coaching” training is still developing. Will apply for my licence one day, once I get all the admin together.
  22. (Personal) Public Indemnity Insurance is also required; not the add-on that one gets through home and car insurance (labelled as public liability cover). The cover required is R2.5m.
  23. In the CyclingSA statement, they mention level 4, so it's not just this guy saying it. Alasdair Garnett is listed as a level 4 coach too (on his profile on the CSA website). I also though it was level 1-3.
  24. I notice they recommend that all clubs should have two DSOs (one male and one female). Something I wasn’t aware of, prior to today, that this was/is “recommended”.
  25. On his IG account; completed the Monster on Saturday; the day before the press release.
