  21. As I finished typing my previous post this came through for duathlon. Dear Customer, Thank you for your email. You need to set the watch to - Running speed first and do the first leg in running - By the end of the Running leg, pause the exercise and press and hold the bottom right button for couple of seconds to change it to Bike 1. Press Start to start timing again. - In the next change, pause the exercise and press and hold the bottom righ button for couple of seconds to change to Bike 2 and press and again to Speed Off and again once to switch to Running. Press strat to start timing again. The last change can take a while, so it might be a good idea to practice it well, so that it is as smooth as possible in the race, e.g. so that you can do it on the go. The speed sensors are picked up automatically once the correct signal is detected.
  22. This is the reply I received from Polar. They answered me for triathlon instead of duathlon, so I asked them for duathlon as well. Will let you know as soon as I know. Here are instructions that how to use your S625X / S725X for triathlon. 1. Set Exercise Set to Basic use. Please note that this procedure can only be used in Basic use, not in ExeSet. 2. Swimming. No shoes and sensors needed. You can set the speed setting to Bike2. 3. Cycling. Bike2 is still activated, so when the bike starts rolling, speed and trip data should be picked up by the wrist unit. 4. Running. Pause the exercise, press and hold the lower right button to change to running speed. You will now get two exercise files which you can combine in the Polar Precision Performance or Polar ProTrainer 5 software.
