A couple things to note - #1 - he hasn't ridden anywhere = no fatigue #2 - no slow down = no 'lost' time in slowing #3 - he didn't check the tyre for intrusions = he's gonna puncture again #4 - no cleats = save time #5 - donner! it's the front wheel. Most punctures are on the back wheel anyway. Well done to the dude though.
