Spud, yesterday we were all treated to the thread Topic: Gail Heuwell Fraud case...Moved which very much answere many of his questions, or hinted at the answers. Many accusations were thrown around, from signed confessions to Giovani (I take it that is the chairman) wanting to go easy. In the process many things were alledged, nothing proven. It seemed that everyone had a story, but no-one had sufficient evidence (or guts) to be able to open a case of theft or fraud at the police. So the thread pettered out, when we all got tyred of speculation. Then a guy who calls himself thefool24, which is enough to raise suspicions of foul play in itself, neatly summarises that entire thread into a set of leading questions. This suggests that he has either read the above mentioned thread, or he is part of the whole mess himself, and is just stiring, again. So this thread is nothing more than a continuation of the previous thread Topic: Gail Heuwell Fraud case...Moved except that the guy who put it back on the radar wants to known as a fool for the rest of his hubber life.

I suppose the expereince was so painful that the lot of you have already suppressed the experience and don't want to talk about it?

The latest rumours are all there in the thread Topic: Gail Heuwell Fraud case...Moved If thefool24 is a journalist who is phishing for an article or a lead, then PM SeanBardenhorst or Holyroller or phone erica gibson at the Beeld or phone the M&G. Also the type of questions being asked hint that the person asking already knows the answers.

Umh, the hub is an OPEN forum, not an intelligence organisation. THe truth will set you free, unless you are doing something wrong, because then it will send you to jail.

porky, the last umpteenth "first poster", that "exposed" problems in cycling, did not make it to 200 postings, but disappeared once they had sowed chaos and drove wedges between good friends on the hub. First rule of intelligence: All sources are F sources (reliability cannot be determined) until they have provided sufficient reports to "prove" their access. Some here. I cannot trust a rumour mongerer. Second rule of intelligence: never trust your sources. A collaborator is selling out is friends, and will do worse stuff to his enemies. And he is not your friend. So what is his hidden agenda. First rule of research: never use a "unique" source that cannot be accessed by other researchers. Your findings must be validated by others using the same methodology. That is why this guy is being attacked. His style sucks.

While you are fixing things go for the following checks as well: a. check you upper and lower limits on the rear derailer b. check that your Rear derailer hanger is aligned (And not bent ) c. check your chain length is correct d. check for chain and cluster wear. e. check you cable stretch. f. Check disc brake ystem (especially the disc's trueness) Finally, Blixem the mechanic at your LBS for good measure
