  1. Hey show us the "babe"
  2. I think I can write a book about everything I have tried just to get the dam thing working so that I do not have to send it to IHF again, but no luck Now I'll have to send it away and be without it for a week again.
  3. I am also gatvol of having to send everything off to IHF products everytime something goes wrong and that seems to be every 6 months
  4. Let's hope the insurer pays!!! A word of advice, only tell them the minimum, they will find any reason not to pay- and that's from personal experience. I have a claim pending against Zurich since 1 Feb 2010 and had to refer it to the Ombudsman to try and force them to pay.
  5. i do all those things, even bought a new strap- stil no improvement. Last time around it was the same problem and they replaced the transmitter.

  10. Hey boet, as dit maar net was, maar daar is geen hartklop nie- so ek moet seker dood wees dan
  11. So what is it with these Polar Heart Rate Monitors? From my previous posts above you will see that the wearlink connector/unit was replaced in Feb last year and now I have the same problem again- if I move the watch further than 30cm away from me- no signal!!! I quess I will have to send it away again!!! Damn. Anyone else been having such problems or is it just me? (BTW I have even replaced the strap and the battery no change. Tried with another watch, same problem. so it must be the wearlink connector)
  12. "I was the third guy cycling next to Vaste when it happened" Ok, that makes alot of sence- Johan Brits (aka Geelsokkies) was slipstreaming again.
  13. Geesh, was it you that was wlaking towards Stellies Vaste6? I was in a group when we passed the 3 cyclist standing next to the road. When I asked whether they were alright one signalled with his elbow and I thought that a car hit somebody. A GP registration vehicle (BMW I think) was standing alongside the road nearer to Stellies and I thought that he was the culprit. Glad you're ok. Reg Lizard2010-06-07 03:23:32
  14. Geesh my problem too, everytime I log onto their site something jumps at me shouting "buy me, buy me, ...'
  15. I think there are a couple of bikeshops in the Western Cape that should start getting their act together. I used the services of one of the wellknown shops that are all over the country for the first time and I must say these guys are so full of themselves that they left a client waiting for and hour without even trying to make him feel comfortable. Was overcharged for the job and when I complained I was told that he was only making a joke. Charged me for things that they didnot do, so I will definately not be going back there!!!
  16. Stay at home, do not go outside, do not go near any sharp/dangerous objects inside the house, in fact don't even bother to get out of bed in the mornings, but with your luck you probably end up getting hit by a space craft in bed.!!! Ok, just kidding!!! I think somebody ot there is trying to tell you something!!
  17. Did I not see that Onetime acquired one of these tools!!! I had my bottle cage rivert replaced at the old Willie Engelbrecht shop, so maybe the tool is now with the new WE Bike shop

  20. Damn and his probably the type that rides away when you stop!!! unless of course it was Big J then you need to run real fast.
  21. I heard 2 days ago that my S720i is completely stuffed- one button not working and screw holes have been damaged, repair cost R1300. Was advised to buy a new unit for R1995 and get a 2 year waranty. The guy at Polar SC I was dealing with even asked me if he could get rid of the old unit for me to which I politely replied NO SEND IT BACK TO ME with the new unit.
  22. Been screwed by them before, so they will not see me again!!!
