  1. Hell yes
  2. Fixed.
  3. Ja ja. Semantics. You know what I mean ...
  4. No politics in mountain biking? Feels to me like there is more politics in mountain biking than road biking. Just a perception though. I enjoy both
  5. Thanks for that, so there was a thread.
  6. Yeah, I have missed that one too. Would love to know
  7. A politician, political leader, or political figure is someone who is involved in influencing public policy and decision making. A seeker or holder of public office. Mandela was a politician. But I get the drift of what you're saying.
  8. I go from Melkbos into town. The only place I run full power light is between Melkbos and Big Bay, otherwise I wouldn't be able to see my hand in front of my face. That stretch is pitch black. For the rest I hardly need a light, but usually just leave it on the low setting. Never strobe. It just makes me dizzy However, when it is on full power I realise it can be quite bright for oncoming traffic, so try and point it down somewhat. I keep it high enough so that I can see enough road to feel safe, without the beam being too high and straight.
  9. So I have no apparent issues or niggles at the moment. I make an appointment at a Bio, walk in there and say what? "Hi, please asses me and give some exercises"? It's a serious question, and the reason I probably don't go. When you have a problem it's easy, because you simply say "I have this niggle, or this pain". But when you don't, then what do you tell them? Do they assess your stride, or your pedal stroke, or bike setup? If I knew more, perhaps I'd do more. But that is the purpose of your question right? To inform. Otherwise, I'll just trod happily along like I have. Of course, I could also Google it. But then, I have a million and one other things to Google that I want to know more stuff about, and just haven't come around to Bio's yet :-)
  10. Totally agreed
  11. Sounds lekker
  12. Click on "More reply options" nest to the "Post" button. That will change the editor and allow you to upload pictures at the bottom. Once you have uploaded them, you need to add a link to them from inside your post. Sounds daunting, but for every uploaded picture you will see next to it a button that says "add to post" or something similar. It will add the link to you post. You can freely add text above and below the link that was added. Just play around, you'll figure it out
  13. 6 might be a tad on the long side. 4:30-5:00 is ok, if you are ok with that?
  14. I am happy to go slower
  15. Am partly keen, and a time of 3:45-3:50 would suit - want to take it mostly easy. But no commitment yet. Will sleep over it. I will have to join on MTB though. Road bike needs a little TLC before I can take it out
  16. Yeah, that was really unfortunate He has had some good form lately, and I honestly expected him to contend for the win today.
  17. What pace?
  18. Don't worry about it. Not even Chuck Norris has anything on Caveman. Glad you had fun
  19. Is grammar education not work?
  20. I mean, not never. Which is to confess guilt.
  21. We do, and they are bigger
  22. boolean answer = (!Never);
