Do your 6km route in the mornings! You get out what you put in. Get out of you comfort zone and when you to start to see the results it makes all the effort worth it.

Take whatever time you have and train with a purpose. It's not easy when you have a young family and time is tight. What about 30 min hill training @ 5 in the mornings?

There is also the early morning rides-4:45am-from the Engen Garage on Main Rd near Fourways. Need to be a race snake to keep up with the front boys!
