A friend has a boat locker at Riverside Beach Club on the Vaal, just over R10k a year, boat stays there, facilities are well maintained, and it's a nice piece of the river, can always find a quiet piece of flat water to teach people to ski/wakeboard.

Get off your laptop and go check out the sites and sounds of your surrounds...

I used Avid adapters with Shimano brakes, had all sorts of issues to get them spaced correctly, swapped out the adapters, all was good in the world. My advice, change the adapters.
