  1. Check that the end of your front deraileur cable is tucker away and not touching the crank on every turn.
  2. My four year old asked what happened to your fishing rod...? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk 2
  3. Looks sweet Hairy! Can't wait for the ride review...!
  4. Can I ride my dirt roadie bike? It has drop bars, somewhere there was a rule about drops being banned at MTB events.
  5. Cable rub is the least of the worries. This 'bug's taken some serious abuse, it was handed down for his brother, and now the littlie rides it hard (green route at the local bike park). The bushes in the "headset" are worn, so there's some play in the headset. Can't find replacements (couldn't even find replacement grips, hence the Chunky's). Great little bikes though, teach them to balance, the transition to a pedal bike is easy from here. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk 2
  6. Some ESI Chunky's for the littlie's JD Bug
  7. Grant says they're planning on rolling out to WC dealers "soon"!
  8. Not sure TBH, will find out from Grant and let you know. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk 2
  9. Agree on the tyres, will swap them out for something a little more off-road after the holidays.
  10. My little guy on his BIG bike. It is a bit big for him, but the size down would not last him long at the rate he's growing. Must say, I'm very impressed by the build quality and component spec of the Frog bikes! All aluminium makes it nice and light.
  11. I see you found the trails! Enjoy you time at the sea! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk 2
  12. Yup, will probably join that ride too. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk 2
  13. I'd be keen to join you. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk 2
  14. Did you buy the last of Grumpy's stock? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk 2
  15. They didn't have a 3 bike version there, so no idea on price.
  16. Was R1599 at Makro, I couldn't justify the Thule price, I rarely transport my bikes by car, mostly ride to the trails. It's solidly built (a little heavy too), comes with locks to lock it onto the ball and the clamp that holds the bike locks too. I'm planning a small mod to carry an extra bike!
  17. Bought one of these BnB racks today. Since selling my double cab, it's been a bit of a mission to transport bikes. For the price, I think it's a great buy, I'm very impressed with the quality.
  18. Bought the tilting one pictured in the very first post, very impressed by the quality and the build. For the price, I'm very happy with my purchase.
  19. Not mine, Santa brought it for the little hubber!
  20. There's a hubber on this thread that turned his own, I know he has intentions of turning another, maybe he'll take orders... Edit - Maybe I should read to the end before posting.
  21. Ja, www.singlespeed.co.za, it's been under reconstruction for some time though. I'm not sure what other site he has. His cell number is on http://za.frogbikes.com/ though.
  22. I've ordered a Frog 62 for our 6 year old from http://za.frogbikes.com/ - Grant Usher is distributing them, nice spec, aluminium frame, so lighter than a lot of the kids bikes out there. The youngest is still on the JD Bug, great bikes to teach balance!
  23. Six pages vindicating my decision to stay at home...
  24. We often did hill climbs up the Top Star exit road. Other one we did was the road up to Hippo Quarry, near the Lido Hotel.
