Maybe just not yet http://www.motorsport.com/motogp/news/honda-still-has-chassis-and-engine-problems-says-pedrosa-671027/ Dani Pedrosa admits that Honda has numerous issues to address with the engine and chassis of its 2016 MotoGP bike after the first day of pre-season testing at Sepang.

If Rossi can get on the front row and hustle these guys he will be there at the end fighting for no 10 again. Like you said, JL is good at pounding lap after lap, but not so much when he needs to put up a fight and scrambling for position. Said so himself last year. I'd be super chuffed to see the Ducs taking a couple of victories and running at the front.

All we need now is for Stoner to come back and kick the 2 Spaniards into the grandstands.

Worth noting that apart from running the new rubber the track was reported to be very dirty as it has seen little to no action the last couple of months. Since his run Duc has announced that he will ride in the official test as well so obviously there's pace there.
  7. Can't find it now, but there was an article on how and where they can find 160 horses. Deployment is a MASSIVE issue for them - if they can solve that they will have 100 horses extra. Everyone's engines will have some extra grunt this year thanks to a new regulation forcing 2 (minimum) exhausts with waste gate separated from the main exhaust. http://www.motorsport.com/f1/news/2016-f1-engines-to-be-significantly-louder-lowe-669248/
  8. Your LBS will be able to order from Cape Cycle Systems who are the RS agents in SA.
  9. wheelbuilder.com They are DT Swiss Aerolites. wheelbuilder have stock of all lenghts and only took a couple of weeks to get them here from the states.
  10. Calling something a game-changer is most often just marketing talk, but when RockShox released the new Pike in 2013 it did just that - it changed the game. Along came a fork that seemingly offered it all at a time when Enduro racing was booming. Click here to view the article
  11. Only available as complete wheel. Unless you have a warranty claim of course
  12. Wondering about this too and the most relevant questions to ask I feel.
  13. Aramex Global Shopper is an international shipping service that allows you to shop from countries and online stores that would normally not ship to South Africa or where the online retailers shipping charges are prohibitive. They will then deliver your parcel to your doorstep and take care of customs in the process. That means more online shopping options, hassle-free. Click here to view the article
  14. I did, but those were 29" and these are 27.5"
  15. Hmmm, definitely not as good as on a wider rim. Thick sand was a bit of a disaster before. Upper Tokai and Upper Jonkers weren't fun in summer! But to be fair, I have found wider rims to transform just about all tires I've tried on them. Some Maxxis models do not work as well, but generally grip is GREATLY improved with the use of wider rims. Hmm, even reading your comment I was sure I did, but I obviously missed that one. Longevity is much improved and on par with other tires I've tried. Certainly not the Schwalbe of old. I've used them recently - bit of a review coming up soon. Dealt with Lunga and can vouch for her. GREAT customer service. I've seen this done and have read their feedback, but no first hand experience.
  16. Schwalbe launched the Hans Dampf, which roughly translates to "handyman" or a "Jack of all trades", in 2011 to much fanfare and anticipation. It was said to deliver all mountain (enduro was not invented yet) grip at trail weight and speed. Schwalbe had also promised to have solved their quick-wearing reputation. 17. Try cSixx on sales@csixx.com or PM bibi for a cSixx or MRP option.
  18. 110 if your budget is Alu, Stage or Stage 110 if your budget allows for carbon.
  19. 120 would be more suited. In fact 110 would be even better suited and the Stage will be the most suitedest
  20. Has he been competing? I really do have no idea.
  21. That and howdidmastercomparehimselftosennatoday.org He's not THAT popular over there either. Certainly no Mansell / Button. Too obsessed with making it in the States and have made some unfortunate comments in his career that have upset the pomp.
  22. Seems to be the case for most riders. I have also been trying the ODI SDG Hansolo - sits somewhere between the Ruffian and Rogue.
  23. Was trying to figure out how to phrase this still. No RRP as the agents are waiting for stock at the moment. Very good point! Kinda forgot about that. I've used it like that before, but found the lever too close for my liking. I always have the KS lever mounted a good 2cm or so inboard from the inner edge of my grip. I find it easier to reach with my thumb that way.
  24. The ODI Rogue has been my grip of choice for several years now. The Rogue grips arrive with clamps, hardware, and end caps. The clamps are available in several anodized colours to suit your bike. You'll have the option of standard length 115mm grips or a shorter version for compatibility with SRAM twist shifters.
