ITO helmet choice, they're both great helmets, it's a toss up between the 2. ITO 25% pricing mismatch between Bell vs Spez for these models (which should not exist), just wanted some clarity as to why..

Taking old vs new stock into account and diff exchange rates (that is taken care of in the R70 vs R100 variance), it does not speak to the R950 mismatch in local vs international pricing between the 2 brands. (225 vs 230 USD Spez vs Bell). The other variable left is the local distributor pricing - this seems to be where we are getting fleeced...

Hi Fellow Hubbers, Some advice/ direction on 2 potential helmets I am looking at. The Bell Zephyr MIPs and the Specialized Sworks Prevail 2. RRP Locally for the Bell is reportedly R4700 and the Sworks R3750. When researching the intrinsics of the 2 helmets, I couldn't help but notice that there was only a 5 USD difference on price point on international sites/ reviews. This with the Bell being WAY out of sync at R4700.. There should only be around a R70 (current exchange rate) R100 max (bought at historical exchange rate) difference in price, so the Bell should sit at around R3900rrp max. Any thoughts on this mismatch??

Yip, DHF was designed as a front but works a charm on the rear for more Enduro type riding. running this combo at the moment and they hook up great!!

HOPE ffs. just replaced my Stans with Hope. Stans bearings needed replacement every 500m.. Even Hope Evo 1.0's are a better option than Stans!

If the cause is due to the patella not clearing (moving to the outer side enough) the ligament when the leg is bent, then strengthen your quad muscle on that leg (esp the outer part of the quad) - squats (not past 85deg); stretch hamstring and quad daily; Ice for 20mins daily below patella. Had the exact same issue on my left knee and this worked well for me post advice from a knee specialist.

Thanks. Annoying! Very good trails, but will rather spend my cash at VG then.. Why don't Heia pull finger and rather get other creative ways to pull revenue - ie sort out *** service at the restaurant and make more money there.. This seems very short sighted and economically will sink the entire show - even if they annoy Hero enough to pull out (legally they gonna ***), many will not ride there out of principal.. My 2cents..

Hi Guys Any resolve on this mess yet - was planning on riding there tomorrow with 4 other mates, is it still R40 at the gate (or otherwise djy-ry-nie!) and then R40 at the reception?

And Jean's is a miracle... - all depends on the severity and the patient's healing/ rehab i guess..
