    Mine do not have that spacer/adapter .... 🤷‍♂️ (as far as I know anyway) If the bearing ID is 24mm both sides why would you need a spacer/adapter, sorry maybe I'm completely misunderstanding ...

    I got a Token in at the moment and when it started creaking I was concerned but when I opened it up the bearings was still perfectly good, smooth with zero play. After I cleaned & greased its 100% now. My LBS installed it for me a few months ago and since I didn't know the Token brand at the time I was a bit skeptical. The LBS didn't torque my crank properly and it came loose after only about 30km, hence I was even more skeptical. But the Token BB seem to be OK regardless. Let see how long before it start irritating me again with some creaking ... 🤪😂

    I hear you, I'm also not a press fit fan at all but unfortunately that's what I'm stuck with. I have a token in at the moment, I just removed the cranks, cleaned, greased & re-torque, now its quite again ... 🤷‍♂️. Maybe it just wanted a bit of TLC ... 🤪 I will see how it goes before installing the plastic XTR one ... 😊

It seems like a good idea to have the bearings easily serviceable and replaceable. I did however saw some reviews of the threaded part snapping off. So before pulling the trigger I would like to get the input of all the bikehub experts out there ....

    The wrist base HR is pretty good these days, on my Polar and the wife's Apple watch at least. I still however always use my H10 chest strap when training, I'm so used to it that it will feel weird without it .... 🤪

    Agree with you 100%. I tried using a Polar foot pod and calibrating it as good as possible only to find out it require slightly different calibration for different running speeds hence I went back to GPS. For the vast majority of us it is for sure accurate enough. Maybe if you a top athlete and chasing records it can fall short in accuracy.

    Cannabis might help you with running better (or maybe not), what it certainly will help for is to develop schizophrenia if you use a lot long term .... Is that really worth your mental health ... 🤷‍♂️

    Maybe not last year but the previous year he seriously put TP in the hurt on his own, so unlike you, I think he can beat him one on one, but lets see, going to be awesome.

    Anyone else think JV is making a mistake not to include Roglic? The tag team efforts with Jonas last year played a big role in defeating Pogacar. Also if something go wrong with Jonas, Rolgic can be a solid backup for GC competition .... 🤷‍♂️

    Wow!!! Wayne built a wheel for me about 4 weeks ago, didn't mention a thing about moving. Is he in the Cape (or Scotland) and did someone else take over the Rapide business in SA? Edit: He responded to my text, he is based in Cape Town now.

    Apparently the Prologo U-Clip is not compatible with my saddle (Prologo Scratch M5 PAS Tirox), how ridiculous, Prologo is not compatible with Prologo .... 😒. Anyone know of a mount & saddlebag that is compatible with this saddle?
