Glasses you can wear if you're not a 1930s fighter pilot

Can anybody recommend cycling glasses that helps keep dust out of your eyes? I have a friend whose eyes are very sensitive to dust, and she easily gets infections in her eyes when riding in dusty conditions.

I still ride them. WTB Wolverine front and back, with Stans tubeless conversion. Can inflate them using a footpump. Never leaks.
