Sorry duplicate
Is it true that spraying your tyres with Spray & Cook assist with less mud sticking to tyres
With all the rain and some more forecasted for Saturday it might be a wet and muddy ride.
Found it under downloads
Started overcast, looked like it may clear up, but closed up nicely for a fairly cool and blustery ride.
Loads of grip on the damp trails.
Edit: Cradle route from home. A nice 60km route with about 800m of ascent. When I am feeling stronger, I may add to this, or at least sniff out some climbs to add to the ascent.
Please let me know where was this photo taken.
When you do Magalies again PM me and we will join
Thanx. I also have a sneaky suspicion something odd is going on with my ticker. But only under certain conditions. Which is why I am playing it safe with the W2W this weekend looking at the temps.
My doc did a normal EKG while I was lying on the consultation room bed, and the waveform analysis and all that showed no warning signs. Everything normal. But something is causing my heart-rate to climb fast when it's hot.
BTW, I do not see myself as overweight. I am at 85kg and 1.82m tall.
Make sure you find what's causing the problem. Four days after getting a 110% all clear from a cardiologist after doing a stress ecg, sonar and blood I suffered a serious heart attack. Four stents later I am happy to be alive and well. Dr that did the stents said I am a very lucky man. I just dont trust an ECG any more
Does the entry fee include accommodation and meals
Bushido is a winner. We use 2 of them at home now for about 2 years. Not a single issue and they handle everything that Zwift or Cycleops(Rovy) can dish up
Being using it for 2 years. It's great to look at average power, normalised power and even a 3 min average. Found it pretty accurate compared to my Tacx trainer and Stages on my road bike. It cannot be used for specific targeted zones or intervals as variations just to big over a short period. For 15 minute intervals its ok but not shorter stuff
Thanks. My phone also dont want to add

Question on Activity Rewards.
From what I can see you don't earn rewards if you ride on Zwift although its linked to Garmin connect. It look as if the activity must be recorded by your Garmin device in order to get the points
Is this correct.
ASG please give us some info.
There has been a lot of complaints about marshalling spesific to ASG events. Last year at Berge en Dale aparantly some intersections did not have any marshalls on duty (from hearsay)
This race is on a very busy road with some extremely dangerous sections.
Please give us a headsup on safety measures and traffic control
After the carnage at the Fast One . . . The "locals" , please can you advise on potholes and possible road hazards ?
How is the road down "sterkies" ?
The n14 part after oakree garage ?
thx
The road surface is 100% better than yesterdays Fast One. Down Sterkies its not smoove but no potholes when we did it two weeks ago
I am more worried about traffic control on the following sections From turnoff to Magalies and from Maropeng road back to caves road. This section is a real problem
Have you spoken to your broker?
And have you submitted proof of account details with the form they require?
Just asking. From an admin perspective they are by FAR the easiest to deal with in the med aid world. Sometimes they get it wrong, but there's a reason that we moved away from some of the smaller guys.
At last I request my Broker to assist. But I submitted all the forms they required etc. Just not very happy with them at this stage.
They are the worst company when it comes to admin and customer support. I have tried now for 2 months to change my banking details without success. This morning I discovered ( ) that again the debit orders was submitted to the wrong bank.
Anybody with some suggestions on other medical aid companies that one can consider.
Guys, can we please stop having a go at the Boks.
Cape Town - Springbok flyhalf Morne Steyn feels the South African media and rugby public are overcritical.
Steyn replaced Elton Jantjies in last Saturday’s losing Rugby Championship Test against Argentina in Salta.
He missed two penalties as well as a drop attempt as the Boks went down 26-24.
Steyn currently plays his club rugby with Stade Francais in France where he admits he feels less pressure there than in South Africa.
After arriving with the Boks in Johannesburg on Monday, Steyn toldNetwerk24: “I’ll now probably be the worst flyhalf in the world. In South Africa you just cannot win with the media and the rugby public.
“That’s one thing I don’t miss when I’m playing in France. (Here) the one week you can be the best, then suddenly you’re the worst there is the following week.
“I’ll probably now hear that I’m too old and have to hang up my boots. As player you just have to listen to the right people and not let the unnecessary negative criticism bother you.”
Looking to the future, Steyn feels the current Bok squad boasts the right player personnel.
“I think it’s a new era with young guys and they should be given the chance to establish themselves.”
He said that himself and he is 100% right.
We had exactly the same problem. Took it to the LBS I bought the bike from and they (not sure if it was LBS or Giant) replaced the brake calipers with longer lever ones - free of charge. According to them this was a design issue that they rectified.
Goosen won't be moved to 12, although I agree it wouldn't be a bad experiment. But if AC realises 12 is a problem, why not pick the in form Rohan jv Rensburg?
I have a feeling he's going to drop Mapoe and play his beloved WP pair of Duh Duh and OFFSIDE OFFSIDE, HOLDING HOLDING!!! De Jong
Jantjies, eish I don't know what's going on with him. Maybe AC needs to get Ackers there to manage him. Because at the moment it would seem like AC is breaking Jantjies (just like he did when Jantjies was on loan to WP a few years back). I hate saying this, but we miss Lambie and Pollard

AC must realize that his problem is no 12 in the backline , that impacts on Jantjies directly as his attacking ability is hampered due to 12 lying too flat. that also create a defense problem.
Put the right inside centre next to Jantjies and he will again perform as we expect from him. Agree it could be Goosen but my 1st choice would be van Rensburg
The current no 12 also neutralise Mapoe totally. So hopefully AC knows something more about rugby than to replace Mapoe and keep Dialende
Done the loop a few times - great training and very safe as far as traffic is concerned.
Does anybody know if there is some MTB trails in the reserve
