I dont think it has been a shocker classics, they had Impey at RVV in the break all day and then solo infront and matthews took a stage of one of the other stage races. He also had a second place finish yesterday behind Gilbert. As far as I'm concerned, their classic season is just starting, Amstel, LBL and Fleche
That road is quite narrow. if you can turn off at duin7 and carry on with that road, you will get to the army camp. if it is still there. They werent to happy one evenining when we arrived there very late.
Last year I worked in transkei for 3 months(weekly), all I did during the week was 2 rides of sufferfest and a lsd on the weekends, strongest I've ever been.
I've noticed, if you have a good plan, ie power based or heart rate, you do not need a video. Rather get a structured training program and do that accordingly, on a trainer its also easier to control the zones.
He has had 6 second places this year so far. Rainbow stripes does have impact on one i'd figure. however, nino has been winning all year last year with the stripes, just some bad luck yesterday. Costa should be one for the classics, not GT's. I hope Gilbert could regain some of the form he had in 2011/2012. was great to watch him animate the races. Think Impey will come good in maybe one of the classics.
