  1. Cool, welcome. over here we are a lot friendlier. Remember that HR TSS arent quite as accurate, but at least, you will have a number to work with to measure your TSB. send me a pm with your email address, I will forward you an excel spreadsheet where you could put in TSS and IF, which it then will calculate your CTL, ATL and TSB graphically. Remember that you need to have an accurate heart rate threshold, training peaks would normally email this to you once it changes. If this is accurate in training peaks, your hrTSS will also be more accurate.
  2. Still there
  3. this is insane. hahahha
  4. Dont know if it is a joke though? A climber beating the TT'ers in a prologue Or is a TTer beating the climbers? Next thing will be sprint finishes.
  5. She does.
  6. Inhaling a xenon/oxygen mixture activates production of the transcription factor HIF-1-alpha, which leads to increased production of erythropoietin. The latter hormone is known to increase red blood cell production and athletes' performance. Xenon inhalation has been used for this purpose in Russia since at least 2004.[147] And apparently a dry cough is just one of the side effects.
  7. http://www.steephill.tv/2014/criterium-du-dauphine-libere/photos/stage-02/150743_PIC468475218.jpg Here you can clearly see that Froome is riding on his small chain ring, think he rides a 42. The worrying factor (read: alarm bells) riding at such a cadence one would need to have a lot oxygen available in the cardiovascular system. Contador also said prior to the Dauphine that he hasnt sharpened his knife yet, he will use the Dauphine for that. So I guess Froome has done a lot more in VO2max training.
  8. Totally agree with you. Normally the GC guys just watch each other until the last 800m. The young guys throwing everything out there. Also think Kelderman is still on "high" trip from his Giro success. Future GC guys will be a lot younger.
  9. I dont think Contador wants yellow just yet.
  10. Kelderman, what a talent he is!
  11. Followed it live, and sounds like contador is doing a great job. The tour will be magnificent!
  12. I still like Lance though

  14. After all, I still think Wiggo can ride a bike blerry well. Didnt like the guy as a rider prior to ATOC. He hasnt said much, he just showed me that he has some class.
  15. forums.garmin
  16. Froome looks really skinny. Nibali had the fastest time over the climb. The tour will be a great spectacle
  17. Nee flip man. I need a new Tarmac
  18. My understanding... If Wiggo was riding le Tour, he would've been in a support role, ie big engine, domestique riding tempo at the front. almost like what Micheal Rogers did in 2012. Team Sky wont have the horse power for the flat days, since Ian Stannard is out, wiggo would've been a good guy to replace him with. Sky doesnt need another guy helping Froome in the mountains, ritchey froome already there and Nive, I just dont think wiggo will ride the whole tour at the front on the windy days....for Froome.
  19. hahahah thanks chaps
  20. Remember that one stage where froome took on eats in drinks within 10km to go, he was on his limits. So every hero has an off day.
  21. Nothing can really give you the road feeling. you'd feel the road feeling using the lemond or the kicker.
  22. Even a shimano cassette will work, not ideal but it'll work.
  23. IF I may ask, what are your guys CTL? I was in the high 90's before injury and I tried to keep it there. think that was just a little too much for me. Well I've dropped down to 60 now. with a moerse +TSB
