  1. Will FINALY be able to join you guys again next week
  2. Thanks for the advice.
  3. Harryn, No Flats is a great product. The main reason why I use it is due to the fact that it doesn't dry up. It also has a grainy ingredient similar to Stan's which helps clog up holes. It is a very thick liquid, similar to slime put in tubes. In other words it seals punctures slower( gets to the hole slower) than Stan's ( doesn't waste as much when a puncture is made ) but when it's sealed it's like it never was there. What I also do is to mix it with a little bit of Zero Flats to make the sealant a bit more runny.
  4. Anybody looking for a partner in the Wingate Park / Elardus Park / Moreleta area? I'm looking for one
  5. You will be surprised how many people blame mechanical parts and upgrade to better components while their cables are rotten...( what happened to me ) I would say this is something that is looked over very easy and makes one hell of a difference when maintained, and like you said it's very cheap
  6. My better half with a couple of cosmetic changes. Ritchey WCS wet black stem has been added since this picture. Comes in at 11.9 kg's.
  7. My Alu Spark 50 comes in at 11.9Kg's on a digital Park Tool scale. XT/XTR Groupset. DT Swiss 420SL wheelset with foldable maxxis tekkies. Ritchey WCS Carbon H/Bar & Seatpost with WCS wet black stem( still need to fit). Selle Italia SL saddle. Reba Race fork. Juicy 3.5 brakes. Next big weight reduction would be a carbon frame like an RC.... That will probably land me under 10kg's. Not really anything else that will give a substantial weight difference. Any suggestions?
  8. Nice Colors. How much did you pay for the frame?
  9. Hmmmm. if it was season related. Nookie in the cold winter mornings, between the sheets, not something you order with your watier and single track in the summer
  10. Very neat looking frames. Something between a Morewood and an Ibis IMO.
  11. Dik brakes? Disk ? Lekker dik brieke!

  21. Regarding flying with your bike. Should you deflate them to compensate for the lower air pressure(inner pressure will increase, assuming bottom carriage to pressurized) , or keep them for example at 2.5 bar? I use foldable maxxis/ mountain king in tubeless . Any experiences of burst tyres/ any other reccomendations regarding flying with your MTB?
