I was partnered in a bespoke clothing design business (am no designer) also retailing renowned SA designers’ pieces for several years. Even so, I find it astonishing that one of the local brands mentioned in this thread sells a basic single-colour trail tee shirt for R995. I’ve paid less for excellent quality and stylish formal shoes in Milan, which are as good as ever sixteen years later. Some cycling gear prices...
