After yesterday’s Takaro Trails think I’ll skip the mud for a little…that was the toughest I’ve seen in a while. But I will def got see it in the next few days sound a lekka!

Good question. Was so bad today, couldn't see the trail, the growth with the rains is extremely severe. I don't advise any amateur to attempt-they are cutting the grass now but will be a while before its clear. Lots of deep standing water, and the ruts are unseen.

All the advice here is actually sound-DO NOT but the standard, Maxi must be he only choice. Better to have and not need. Maintainance advice is also great nothing to add there. The 2.0TDI motor is a peach, too.

II hear you...but I've heard it all. Chain gets cut, lock broken open, and one common denominator-the so called car guard never sees anything. But when you leave without a tip you're looked at as evil.

Little rant-fetched bikes from LBS and had to go to Sandton for a meeting. Had to take both off the rack and store them inside the car and take them out again when I got back. Irritating because seeing they were locked I should be able to leave them on the rack, and find them when I return. Then I realized, someone once told me we don't have a monopoly on crime.
