  1. Either of the above will provide you with a shipping address to their warehouse. MyUS for example is in Florida. Velo Orange will send it there with USPS or whatever they offer. Once at the warehouse you will receive a notification that it is ready to ship. They will provide you with various shipping options and prices. You accept one and they do the rest.
  2. Aramex Global Shopper Postbox Courier MyUS Used all three in the past with good results. Aramex is the slowest of the three and Aramex in SA is not that pleasant to deal with, Might be the cheaper of the three though.
  3. Get these from Haribo. Guaranteed to make you ride 10x faster https://www.amazon.com/review/R2JGNJ5ZPJT4YC
  4. A peanut butter and jam sandwich, or banans to be honest or home made date bars with seeds, nuts, etc as wolver said.. If I really push a very long ride and I don't have space I use Scratch. I don't cheap out on nutrition.
  5. That is 9g of filler you aren’t eating. Be glad. USN and Biogen is garbage in my opinion.
  6. Calculated at around 100 hours but dropped it off for a full service now. Better safe than sorry. Fraction of the cost of a new fork.
  7. Is your quicklink the right way round? Sometimes this can be overlooked.
  8. I was also confused about this one. Tried it at both fully deflated and again at 30% sag. Neither worked on the Forbidden but 30% seemed to be the sweet spot for my Evil.
  9. Good to know. Thank you. Can they we worn out from about 6 months of use? Was replaced in November and they still look perfect. Noted on the burping with cable ties and use of alcohol.
  10. I put weight on the saddle and hung over using the camera on my phone to see the derailleur pulley. Not 100% accurate of graceful. Best to let air out of the shock and set it then. I chose not to do that since getting my shock back to 280psi is a massive pain.
  11. I initially worked from this SRAM tech video Seems like not all bikes are equal and this will mostly likely work for 90% of them. More wizardry advice will be great.
  12. Her tumble made me giggle a bit. He could have slowed down more though. As much space as there was between them it is the right thing to do.
  13. Ill say this, this Pike has never had such amazing small bump performance. Smooth a butter.
  14. I like being alone. I have the best time with myself 🤔
  15. With the pivot and idler I figures there must have been something different with the chain growth. Very interesting one indeed.
  16. Had a major service from Cogent in November 2021.
  17. I’ve tried the hard tug on the fork while it has no air pressure to clear out the equilisation port but i get a loud’ish pop and squelch and it sucks down again. Haven’t tried the incremental filling method yet. @droowhat do you think?
  18. Conversation with myself 😂 Found a tech video from Forbidden. Turns out you have to back the b-tension all the wait out until you have a slack chain. Then adjust until there is tension and add one full turn. From here you add and remove half a turn until everything is fine. 99.9% there. I blame an old cassette for the rest.
  19. Just checked chainline and it is 51.6mm. Forbidden states 52mm so I’m close enough.
  20. Thanks. It is a 2020 and I didn’t see a valve to release the pressure. One tool I need to get is a pair of c-clip pliers. I think I should leave this one to a shop to check. Also need new foam rings from the looks of it. This set is deforming a bit and didn’t come clean during the alcohol bath.
  21. Checked hanger alignment and hanger bolt as well as rear axle torque.
  22. Did my lowers service about two weeks ago and reassembled the fork while fully compressed which shouldn’t be a problem. Noticed post assembly that it was sucking down slightly into the travel. Burped the fork with the cable tie trick and it was fine. While prepping bikes on Friday night I noticed an oily rebound adjuster and realised I mist have gotten some oil into the damper shadt when filling it so I pull the fork apart to clean and change the oil again. Straight after letting the air out of the fork the airshaft sucked itself all the way to the top. No amount of pulling on the fork seems to clear out the equilisation port on the airshaft. Anything I may have missed or can try before taking it in? Sucking down about 5mm into the travel at the moment and does sound quite squishy when riding.
  23. Quick one. New build and I just can’t get the gears to index 100% NX 12 speed 11-50 cassette used GX derailleur and NX shifter used GX chain used but at less than 0.25 wear GX crank new New cables and housings The parts came off the old and the crank is new. Boost spacing on the old frame and the new frame. No changes made to the chainline and it looks correct. Typically everything shifts perfectly on the stand but during a ride the middle of the cassette is finicky and also shifting all the way to the 11t doesn’t happen. B-tension was set at static, 30% sag, and full compression to test. Full compression is as close to usable as I can get it. I used the new SRAM white tool to set it. H and L screws align 100% with the cassette. Bike in question is a Forbidden with the idler wheel and lower chainguide.
