2 calls, endless attempts on the live chat and promises made that they will call me. You would think after paying extra for overnight shipping they would have been on top of the order. Should I call every single online store before placing an order to confirm stock? That is not how ecommerce should work. Frame shipped out this morning. A friend managed to help me last night.

Having a big issue with East City Cycles as well. Ordered based on stock status showing "in stock" and paid for overnight delivery. This was 24 hours ago and in theory should have been delivered today. I'm still waiting for the warehouse to phone me and tell me they are out of stock. I shudder to think how long I'm going to wait for my refund.

Received their email this morning to notify me they are also out of stock.

Buying and reselling makes you a dealer and dealers should pay to list their goods. So many flying under the radar. One in particular that has hundreds of ads but still not listed as a dealer. Thats a real problem to me.

On the same model. It basically disappears while you ride. Extremely comfortable for something that looks so slim and hard.

I understand stock shortages but why on earth is it so difficult to find this tool? I need the Park Tool BBT-79 but I can't find one anywhere. Some help or tips would be great Alternatively if I can come to someone and quickly remove and install onto a new frame. 30 minutes of your time would be great!

NF will be good training but if you want some hill training I would definitely recommend the 50km technical trail at Buffelsdrift. You can also work your way up to their 80km for proper Sani training.

Chain line and b-gap is the two most important things when setting up 12spd. Lots of tears when those two are out.

@pedal menace happy to take your round Red Barn. Distance from 20km to 40km. @Rolf Hansen would be cool to ride with you too.

I share your frustrations. Always one noise or a slightly missed shift. Never mind how well everything is running it just isn’t going to be perfect all the time.

Had Shimano XT/XTR…. now on SRAM GX. Finally happy.

Can give you an honest review of Red Barn. There every weekend. It is a big party trail. Think of it as a big BMX track. Can get quite muddy in places but ongoing trail maintenance ensure that routes are diverted around the mud. Trails are well maintained and the trail team is very responsive to issues recorded on the trails. Currently very dry with one or two spots with mud. Absolute blast but not for everyone.
