I wanted a 2012 Silverback but even though other brands had 2012 models at the shops Silverback couldn't give me 2012 specs or and idea of a certain spec's RRP. I bought a Scott instead

I use the PVM bars, my favourite are the chocolate coated ones but they are not suitable for hot days. The PVM bars are also hard to chew and swallow while gasping for air. I am also looking for a replacement, maybe I will try that Whasp gel.

What is the difference between the Kium and the Manganese? Is it just a few grams or are there other differences?

Is there any science to saddle width measuring or is it just the total width of the saddle? I know my Specialized is a 143mm and that corresponds with the measured width. The saddle on my Scott is 135mm wide. Can I then assume it is a 135mm saddle?

If you are referring to me - They were busy locking up the shop when they handed the bike to me so I took it out and loaded it, noticed the crank was wrong as soon as I unloaded it at home. Also, I said I wanted full SLX and specifically said I am not interested in Deore.

CL has made adjustments to my bike and fitted new wheel bearings in the front wheel for free, they also set the gears on my GF's bike Cajees tried to bend me over with no lube. They wanted R2000.00 to trade in a R800.00 unused crank for a R1400.00 crank and it was them that told me the bike came with full SLX but the crank was actually Deore I rather buy at CL, but if I want a complete bike or quite a few spares I will go to Westdene
