Why so quiet? EC, Patches - Is the EC Express and the Patches Spethal ride on for 5pm?

I wash mine in the machine on cold wash, no tumble dry

Nobody to ride with this evening so I didn't bother. Will ride Wednesday with the slow group. Anyone for Thursday?

I couldn't be bothered phoning someone just to find out if it is still available. If they confirm it is available by SMS then I will call for more info and to arrange viewing/buying

Why so early if you only want to ride for an hour? We did Delta hill and then I think it is Emmarentia botanical gardens and back, 17km in about 1:05 We leave from Fratelli's

Now that I am single and have lots of time on my hands I want to do at least 300km a week. Saturday/Sunday/Tuesday and Wednesday AM on the road, Wednesday and hopefully Thursday PM on the spruit. If I can find a group for Sunday afternoon at the spruit that would be great, maybe include Alberts or Northcliff hill in that one. Any takers? The road rides on Tuesday/Wednesday are at 7:30am from just near Cedar Square

I think I have talked her into 2 laps to Emmarentia and back. We could do one lap of Alberts and back but I don't really know the way and I doubt any of you guys want to do a 12.5km/h ride

EC broke my collarbone too, I am scared to ride with her now and my girlfriend is not too happy about it
