I see there is a firmare update from 3.7 to 3.9. Last time I did a firmware upgrade I lost all my settings and my total km's :thumbdown: Can I expect the same with this update? it is such a mission to setup again. Garmin software should let you back up your settings and then restore

OK, sorted. They say the Garmin must be within 3m of the ANT stick, it was about 1m away. I placed it on top of my PC wich is about 20cm and it seems to have paired ok :thumbup:

I reloaded my PC recently and I had trouble getting the Garmin to pair with the ANT+ stick. I fiddled around and can't remember what I did but I eventually managed. I have just reloaded my PC again and same problem Windows 7 64bit Garmin 310XT (ANT+ only, no USB) ANT Agent 2.2.17 (drivers are OK in Device Manager and says device is working properly) I have pairing enabled on the watch and in the ANT Agent. A message pops up on my PC asking if I want to pair and I click yes, then a message appears on my Garmin asking if I want to pair and I click yes. After about a minute of trying the ANT Agent gives up and suggests that pairing may not be enabled on the Garmin. Any tips please? This is frustrating and I want to download my rides

That is the old version, the ingredient is now banned. Same with those Leanor Slimming Drops, they used to work but now because the content was banned they still sell the same product but it no longer works. They are just using the old name to try and continue selling a product

The old one may have worked but the active ingredient has been banned and is no longer used so I would say the answer is no

Believe it or not, D2D although Racetec is not a 94.7 seeding race. Also Race for Victory 2011 is not either but they will do a manual reseeding for this race (I wonder if that costs me money?)

Supposed to be 6 weeks but never is. The Wilro data was faulty so they will never use it. They have removed Bela Bela 2010 but not added 2011. Kremetart should have been on already but it is not. I think it is all part of the Racetec take over the world conspiracy :thumbdown:

10mm wider each side, a lot more if you are holding the bar ends. Also they are like big hooks to grab trees and bushes especially added to 700 bars. BTW. I am about 1.73 tall and ride a medium Oh, they are Ergon bar ends/grips

My bars seem really wide, they are 700mm. I put on bar ends (because I had them) but it made them even wider so I took those off today. Should I leave them at 700 or maybe go 680 or 660?

You are right, just checked their website. A bit stupid, we are in September and the results for both races were up same day as the races.

I think I have done about 8 races this year and I still have no seeding First one was Wilro in the middle of April.
