I drove past on my way home at 1pm and it was pretty busy, had my cycling gear and groceries in the car so didn't want to stop. I am hoping it will be a bit quieter when I try just now.

I only have Wilro and it is not on yet. Today's race doesn't count for seeding. Doing Bela Bela on Saturday so hope they are quick getting Bela Bela on.

I have them raw because it is really quick to mix raw oats in with yogurt and it tastes yummy

Also sucks when you start racing, it takes ages to get on the seeding ladder and until you do you get to start at the back of all the races you enter. That is fine if you are a really slow rider but not so good if you are pretty fit

I have raw oats and yogurt every morning, when I am doing a race or have a really long ride planned I increase the 2 ingredients by about 20% and have a banana sometime before the start. With today's race being such a long distance I had a Protein shake with 2 scoops protein too

I shudder to think what the price of Snap On would be, when I started out I bought Snap On tools, 3/8" ratchet set cost me R450.00. I bet you won't get the same set with R4500.00 today

6nm is a bit high for some of the bolts on carbon components.

The small one is 1 - 20nm, the medium one is 8 - 54nm and if I recall the big one was from about 40 - 200nm or so I had them calibrated by Torque Tool - http://www.torquetool.co.za/

I have 3x Norbar torque wrenches to do from 2nm up to plenty nm. Had them for about 25 years. Have had them calibrated a few times but it is not cheap (especially when you do 3 at once)
