    Ya that's how to avoid losing money from a company point of view. In my opinion if a warranty claim is truly a warranty claim then it should be awarded. In my opinion if you have the receipt, and it's within the warranty period then you can claim. Like a microwave or a tv. But then the cycling industry has always had its own laws... Completely out of the box but I wonder if a company declined warranty could you take legal action? Cos in theory there is no signed paperwork stating that you agreed to terms and conditions (1st owner bla bla)... Or is that a bit too much of an American point of view. Lol

    My boss has a Santa Cruz with a 27.5" at the back and 29" up front... Rides fine. I just think as a hard tail it won't feature too high on the priority list, but time will tell

    I agree with king_crispy. If anything ever does go wrong you can have it repaired. Otherwise you can insure the bike for replacement value and claim if it brakes.
