  8. Hey Tumbles, no luck with that heroes kit over here either, also as a reference, the minifigs here are Rs19.99 ( x 4.3 to the ZAR) makes them moer expensive too , :-(, I'm not complaining about our local pricing again... Will get the misses to buy some there and leave them in the car for when i get home and I'll tell the kids that daddy brought it from here.
  9. Check the dimensions though, that's some serious wood that, 30mm thickness and 1.2m x 2.5m is huge, can just imagine what one sheet weighs never mind 30 of them.

  11. Pity the room does not provide a in-room kettle.... but 24x7 fresh coffee on demand in the lobby. Went for a walk through the mall last night, seriously is the coffee capital of the world here, anything and everything you can think of for making, grinding, brewing, preparing, cleaning.....you get the idea. But, not cheap at all, Moca pot, simple no frills 2 cup version for Rs169 (x 4.4 to get to our rubbish ZAR), small Breville I saw was Rs1990, one manual burr grinder I saw was Rs270.

  22. Happy Happy Birthday day Oom
  23. And probably still as sharp as the day it was made, older tools just seem to keep their edges better.
  24. Not uber old, but it's a Stanley and has a wood handle / brass bits, inherited it from my wife's grandad some years back, will do a refurb on it sometime, clean up the handle and blade.
