  1. I still have a Gusset Stash bar, same profile as those, just in case someone has a build that they would be suited to.
  2. Perhaps we can convince Stretched@Birth to post a pic of his beauty here....
  3. My semi-classic 1972 BSA B25 Fleetstar. After trying for a number of years to obtain it from a close friend, I finally took ownership of her toward the end of last year. She's in running / roadworthy condition, however, my long term intention is keep her in a rideable condition while fixing up the little issues along the way. Currently it slips out of 4th @ around 85kph into what they call "False neutral", seems the cause is a weakend camplate selector spring, hopefully the new one arrives on the weekend from the UK. List of things to be done: 1. Resolve false neutral issue 2. Replace head and primary drive gaskets (If its not leaking oil, its not British) 3. Repair the dent in the Fuel tank and oil tank 4. Recover the seat 5. Have a period correct number plate made for the front fender Edit: Grammar
  4. This has been my only snag, currently have a 4mb which averages around 3.2-3.6 on a good day, so Netflix etc all work ok, but let someone in the house check FaceTube and it starts buffering. Currently have DSTV and Netflix + Hulu, need to make a decision soon as with all 3 its costing a small fortune.
  5. Ah, the last time (some years back) Unotelly didn't like my Absa CC so i use Paypal for unotelly, will see if it goes off this month.
  6. http://mybroadband.co.za/news/business/154240-paypal-cuts-support-for-netflix-unblocker-unotelly-report.html This could be a start of a bigger problem, technology wise there is no realistic way for Netflix or any other provider to block access from other regions, but stopping the payment mechanism to the provider could be a nail in the coffin. Assuming they could go the bitcoin route, but how many of us actually have bitcoin accounts
  7. Planning on selling the Porlex?
  8. Rear View
  9. Got it from Cajees Time Zone in the Mall of the south, was around R1900 so not too badly priced (My budget was around R2.5k), but the ones I was after being solar or dual time zone where way more than my budget, so i decided to go the "simple" route, will see if it copes with the leap year on Monday.
  10. Decided it was time to move away from my swatch / sport watch habit and get something more civilized.
  11. Please can the next winner have >1000 posts?

  17. Any chance you are planning to add these to your range of amazing products? P.s. are you selling me that frame yet? :-)
  18. Things get interesting around the 03:34 mark. Poor guy at 04:30, we've all been there...
  19. Wonder if he would let me have a decent res version of this, across my 3 screens it would look amazing as a background..
  20. Perfect time to share some links for those younger members who missed the fun.
  21. Do you have a PC running in the house? - alternatively, if not, get a Raspberry Pi and load a simple Linux distribution on it, then you can install the Unotelly app that will keep it updated for you. I have a small server continuously running that runs the Unotelly application, and between that and Dynamic DNS for external access I have had no issues connecting from inside out or from the internet back to the house (CCTV, IoT devices etc)
  22. And add static routes for 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 on the DSL router which are the Google DNS that most devices will try connect via fist (Chromecast, Apple TV etc will try these so you need to block them which forces the device to use the unoTelly DNS)
  23. VPN works, but Unotelly DNS removes the reliance on the internet breakout speed from where your VPN is terminating in the US. With the DNS option you use your own bandwidth all the way to the Netflix US servers directly, with VPN you say have 10Mbps from your house to the VPN server and possibly share 100Mbps between hundreds of people - unless you have a private server with a decent breakout that you are using, :-))
  24. Um, you may have set your sights a little high...
