Couple of points: 1) CL well done, finally a CSa spokeperson who know what they are talking about. 2) CL is making a difference. CSA needs to represent Cycling in South Africa as a sport with the right person advocating on our behalf, Getting something back for cycling. 3) I do not think that the problem of licenses lies totally with the CSA, as I have now had the experience of setting up and starting a team, CSA has been helpfull and dilligent , whereas my Provincial affiliates are not helpfull, I have yet to get any answer out of them for the questions I have asked. Hence went direct to CSA, 4) maybe CSA is not hearing our concerns cause as per the point above, our provincial affiliates are not doing their JOBS towards cycling?????
