  1. Summer its nice and easy.... wake up 4am do 1 and half to 2 hours, then off to work. I am STRUGGLING this time of the year though. Motivation is the key issue I suppose. Best time to train would be the mornings, less traffic and all and it gets your heart beating nce and early, so good for the fitness levels. I heard this once, not quite sure how true it is but..... Training in the mornings makes you fitter, in the evenings makes you stronger. Something about the heart and fatigue... As I said, not quite sure. Just find that I cant fit more than an hour in during the week, that is waking up at 5am (bit more bearable) 3 days a week. Weekends, I tend to get out a bit later as well..... close to 7am and get in 2 - 3 hours a day.... Trying to make up for the missed week day rides
  2. I must admit, I really did try and force myself out of my warm bed this morning to come and join you.... BUT it was CoLd!! and bed was just too warm... I will surprise you though sometime in the near future Hope that you had a good ride

  20. ya ya... she is getting a bit quicker now that her navigator is without smoking lungs .... (3weeks and 2 days )
  21. I think that is how it works... That's how mine was calculated. I though that you were given a slight advantage for the more difficult races though, but this doesnt seem to be the case! Also, if you take into account where the heck I rode from 08:30 and see that I was placed 14th in my group of 600+, surely that should account for something, bearing in mind that there is NO wheelsucking way back there , it was everyman for himself and a little individual TT
  22. Great stuff, I think I will join you Tuesday morning then..... Looking foward to finally meeting you all. From (EX Scultura_Rider)
  23. No man, no ways in heck. NOT impressed with this seeding at all. Why apply beta values if this is not going to assist your seeding?? Mine worked out correctly if I didnt use any "weighting" value, so basically, this was the winners time and you were 42% off the winners, hence you will get a rating of 42! This is too confusing.... let me just go ride Regional A Category 4 in the UK to start with then.
