  10. Any idea if tickets are still available?
  11. Country-styled Amy Winehouse...?
  12. Has anyone a copy of the Noakes' book that contains the foreword by Gary Player? Very interested in reading the foreword as many of Player's close family members are apparently vegan and I heard he was contemplating a similar lifestyle change. Interested in seeing how this lifestyle choice (if true) reconciles with Noakes' dietary recommendations. Unfortunately the book is currently sold out. If anyone could direct me to an e-copy of the foreword it would be great.

  14. Great sound, but I will need radio edits - mostly listen in the car and on the home stereo. Kiddies are often in the car and the house is open plan, so repeated use of expletives, such as 'f@#k' in the River Jordan vid you posted earlier, don't help!
  15. Kid Rock's All Summer Long - essentially a mash-up of two great songs from the 70's - both better than All Summer Long: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iDpYBT0XyvA
  16. A Letter Home features acoustic versions of the Canadian singer’s favourite songs by Bob Dylan, Willie Nelson, Bruce Springsteen and the Everly Brothers. It was recorded at Jack White’s studio in Nashville using a 1947 Voice-O-Graph booth. Originally, the 1947 Voice-o-Graph booth was an audio counterpart to photo booths that allow passersby to grab quick portraits of themselves. The original price of 35 cents per recording is still visible on the booth, which White restored to nearly original condition. "They'd come in and sing a song," said Young, 68. "I thought, 'This is cool. Look at these people - everybody's making records.' I said to Jack, 'I could probably make an album in this thing.' He said, 'Really?'" “These are songs that resonate with my soul,” Young told Rolling Stone. “These are songs that I truly believe, that I can live in. They are what make me who I am. They are songs that make me feel.”
  17. Caruso's out but seems the fractured femur belonged to Vicioso: The first crash came when one rider lost control of his front wheel on a straight portion of road – like the pile-up that put Ireland's Dan Martin out on the opening day – causing about 10 to slide down the left. That was followed 50 metres later by a 25-man crash on the entry to a roundabout. The Italian Giampaolo Caruso, who has a badly bruised hip and leg, was unable to continue but there was a whole string of wounded with their jerseys and shorts ripped who pedalled painfully up the climb to the finish and he was not the only casualty. The incident brought a premature end to Joaquim Rodríguez's race. The Spaniard had hopes of a high overall placing but after the stage, on which he lost 7min 43sec, he was taken to hospital, where x-rays revealed two broken ribs and a fractured thumb. Worst-injured was Rodríguez's Katusha team-mate Angel Vicioso, who suffered a femur fracture and is also out. http://www.theguardian.com/sport/2014/may/15/matthews-cadel-evans-giro-d-italia-2014-stage-six
  18. Utterly confusing. Nonu wasn't there. Umaga was the handbag slinger. It struck Chris Masoe, who reportedly shed a tear...
  19. He rides for the Nicholas Roche Performance Team. Both Roche and Greg Henderson (Lotto Bellisol) have vouched for him and Marcel Kittel seems ready to forgive and forget. Storm in a teacup.
