  3. Yip, I went down in the tunnel - my Knog light totally ineffectual in the eternal blackness in the middle of the tunnel. Fell once more in the next series of stormwater drains - back wheel hit some of that green moss carpet and fishtailed out from under me. After that it was plain sailing apart from the uphill in the Melville cemetery -did make the ice-cold red bull at the last stop taste that much better tho'...

  12. Cool. Will do same. Will ignore the 94.7 MTB - made the target without it...so no loss there.
  13. Has anyone had vitality points credited to them for undertaking the 94.7? Discovery's website states that it will automatically download members' results if the race is listed as a vitality event. Still waiting for the 94.7 MTB credit... will 94.7 results be reflected prior to Tuesday or should we manually upload?
  14. The grass isn't always greener.... "A South African couple left their home country to escape crime only to have it land on their front doorstep in New Zealand. Leandra Van Apple and Ivan Venter have had their vehicles broken into three times in the past three months and are worried increasing crime could see the country end up just as dangerous as their former home." http://www.stuff.co.nz/taranaki-daily-news/news/85078701/three-breakins-in-three-months-have-a-south-african-couple-warning-of-growing-crime

  16. Did they say whether we need to request or will they issue en masse?
  17. All my rewards (including one I that was to expire today) have vanished. Anyone else experienced similar? No Peanut Butter Bliss for me today...
  18. Anyone who thought that travelling had no debilitating effect on a team needs a rethink. As with the Highlanders last week the Lions lacked energy and accuracy from what we've seen in the past two weeks. Nonetheless, a valiant campaign, lessons learnt for Ackerman regarding the importance of pole position and for Whitely for taking points when an offer - I though the Hurricanes scrum on 34 minutes was a defining moment of the game after Warren had decided against a kick for poles and took the scrum instead. Need to take a leaf from the UEFA book - final two weeks after the semi and neutral referees - although Jackson wasn't anywhere as bad as I feared he'd be.
  19. Agreed. You lasted longer than me. The storylines were a bit too schizophrenic for my liking - all over the place as if completely different writing teams were involved in each episode.
  20. Apparently it is still available: johnny-castaway-screensaver.en.softonic.com/download
  21. Wasn't a game - it was a screensaver - had on my first laptop a 486DX...
  22. Good to see some southern flavour - verifiable Rugby Championship stuff with there also being 3 Kiwis, 9 Aussies and 2 Argies!
