i have been using my racing ralphs since the jeep hill to hill last year ang i do about 300ks a week mostly in the forests but i do about 10ks a day on tar and ive just used them at the golovane i really love these tyres going to try specialized fast tracks for the sani think i might be making a mistake but its freaking difficult to find well priced evos

in my experience a 5km run is equel to a 25km mtb race my average heart rate and max is basically the same in fact i sit longer at max when i run thats my five cents

i thought it was great i was doing alot of 100k and 120k rides in the zululand humidity 30 deg plus thinking barberton was going to be super hot but it was really cool on top of the mountain and the shady bits the mountainlands stretch got a bit warm

i thought there might be something up with the batch starts because i know that only one guy from batch D passed me but when i saw the results its was like i must have been riding with my eyes closed any way it was a great race i loved it and the scenery was stunning.

had vredenstein T-lopes on for a while really fast and light but not so hot on the grip any way thats irrelevant got racing ralphs on now cant wait for hill to hill to put that grip to the test its stupid how well they hold a fast gravel corner any way my 2c as for the cross mark combination with the mono on the front fantastic i have it on my commuter its just very heavy in a race
