im a middle of the pack and if that makes me a tool then so be it i love racing i hope to set an example for my kids that was never set for me i have wasted a huge part of my life smoking and drinking and being a general tjop now im fit and healthy and still a tjop ....... the training gets a bit much and balanceing family and bike gets tricky but when race day comes and i have a strong ride that always makes it worth it............i love my bike

got one trying to find a handle bar mount made my own but it didnt work so hot as for the water proof i wash mine off when i get home with the phone in and havent had a problem yet

the guys do exercises to strengthen the foot they say the foots arch works as a natural shock absorber i went from salomons with arch support and big time shin splints to reeboks with out support and i tell you the differance was amazing i love my reeboks

DH for sure full face i dont know enough about enduro to comment but mountain biking come get real its not about looking good its common sense you cannot race with a full face helmet on you will put your health at risk i am talking racing sit at lactate threshhold for and hour think about it

come to zululand in the middle of summer and ride just for half an hour i have a pal paramedic that can follow you for when you fall over

before i purchased my bryton i had three bad expeiences with edge 500 one we got stupidly lost a week later battery died half way through a ride and last time the device just froze 2 different devices mind you i havent had any of those hassles with my bryton my first time using the maps on my bryton was at the homeward bound as a backup device to our team captains suunto watch and they both worked beutifully
