  12. actually not really its sappi forests we dont have any mountains only kilometers of long boring dirt roads guess its still better than dogeing cars and muggers in the citys
  13. i used to get numb fingers that lasted for hours even days after a long rides put on bar ends that helped a bit then i had a ergo fit fitment done with leeroy just before the sani hoping it would help for the knees after the fitment knees were great noticed that the numbness went away so i took the bar ends off aswell, did a long 120k in the forests a week ago no problems what so ever and the ESI races edge is definateley the way to go nice and thin so my small hands wrap around them nicely and the grip is outstanding even in the wet

  21. Go get some probiotics from my experience doesnt matter how good you feel if you ride hard the system goes down and you can have the problem relapse but if you replace the probiotics that the antibiotics killed with a daily supplement you should stay healthier for longer just my 2c (havent had flu in more than a year all i do is practice basic hygeine with the family take 1000mg vitamin c before bed and a probiotic one hour before breakfast) sorry got a bit off topic

I put the evo pacestar racing ralphs on last year about august did hill2hill and trained about 12hrs a week since with races inbetween my last race with them was the tour durban kept the front one to put back on when my new ones come from evans i think 9 months on a set of tyres is pretty good considering all the riding i did
