  3. Hey Collin, The transition to bottles and flasks will go a long way to making the product easier to handle ... The product may be effective but Berry tastes nothing like one would assume ... I still have a box left in the cupboard ... Are you planning any new flavours? I think a Hub Offer (2 free flasks) will provide you with more free post-sale marketing than you might think. Let the guys try it before the Argus.
  4. I'm sure they'll use the slip-way at the end of Boyes-drive instead of taking the bunches right up to the T-junctions. It's the bends before then that concern me. Correction, it's not the bends - it's the idiots that think they are invincible.
  5. thanks Pickled
  6. today and tomorrow - correct? until what time?
  7. That's not going to polish out !
  8. JB: I have an Eddie Merckx frame which is corroded in places -mainly sweat corrosion. It's not a safe frame to ride but if you can use it for anything on the courses you run you're welcome to it.
  9. when all else fails - use a bigger hammer, or PM JB ...
  10. Speak to Gnarly ... he pretty much does this already. Hijack: Weather permitting we do a 40km roadbike loop on either Tuesday / Wednesday afternoon - depart broadacres 16h30. PM me for more info.
  11. They are compatible with Shimano - not sure about Campy.
  12. I prefer to store my road bikes on the floor, the road bikes that do not get ridden that often are hung in the garage (horizontally). MTB's and Track bikes are hung on the vertical. As a safety precaution on the MTB's I have gotten into the habit of locking the shock before suspending them.
  13. what can go up a drainpipe down but can't go down a drainpipe up?
  14. Do you want to know or do you need to know? and the next question is ... why ?

  16. Eighteen (I think) It keeps changing.
  17. Nice work Straatvark - these are gifts that cost us nothing but result in life changing moments for those that receive them

  19. Loon, you must get the one of your Flying Leap off the Table Top ...
  20. Attach another bracket to the board only. Don't worry about fixing it to the wall - so long as it looks right. Form over function !!!
  21. So who's going to be there on Thursday? (use "quote" to update the list)
  22. Expensive - but that's not your fault Next to Whasp (sharing the same stand) was SFV's Goji Berry .... on special ... now my wife feeds this to me every day, so if he she sees it at the pharmacy she usually gets 3 or 4 boxes ... the guys behind the Whasp products were servicing both products so I don't think I'm plugging your competition here (?) ... anyway ... I enquired the price of a box of Goji Berry - R70 was the reply. Not bad - I called the wife re the price from the pharmacy - R90. "How many boxes should I get, I asked innocently" - the rep behind the counter held up 5 fingers, I smiled - the wife came back with her response - TEN! To the rep's delight he started packing my purchase - (and included a freebie for me too which was really gracious)and then I had to remind him I had also committed to purchasing 2 boxes of Whasp products as per the "Hub Offer". Fast closing in on R 1,000 I decided to not take you up on your offer a shirt at a reduced price. We'll stop there for now and not talk about the 2009 frame being prepared for shipment .... talk about a credit crunch. So yes, a good stand for Whasp, well represented, friendly people, good advice. cyclenut2008-11-14 01:38:28
