    Exactly the same for me, pain free after doing the above after I had after months of pain in the top of knee.

    For aphids we do the following, spray bottle with a small amount of dish washing liquid and chop 2-4 of the hottest chills you can get your hands on and chuck that in. Spray once a week until they are gone, then spray every other week.

    Another year of to many teams with to many conferences in a tournament that is to long. I wish I could care, I miss the days when we used to watch pretty much all the games and got very excited towards the end of the tournament.

    This was also my first time riding in $ and it felt pretty great riding with the police escort out in front. Sadly I got dropped at 80km's on the one of the last rollers, ended up having to TT to the finish alone. The rest of $ bunch finishing about 2 minutes behind me. Big thanks to the guys who did all the work upfront

    I had one of these towers fall on toe on x-mas day. Required melting a paperclip through the nail to relieve the pressure at 5:30am the next morning so I could go ride.

    Poor batting display from SL, no discipline from a lot of the senior players. Not to take away from the good bowling we did today!

    Not sure how true this is, but my father said his running club had a member who was bike jacked while riding on plum pudding two weekends ago.
