    Another year of to many teams with to many conferences in a tournament that is to long. I wish I could care, I miss the days when we used to watch pretty much all the games and got very excited towards the end of the tournament.

    This was also my first time riding in $ and it felt pretty great riding with the police escort out in front. Sadly I got dropped at 80km's on the one of the last rollers, ended up having to TT to the finish alone. The rest of $ bunch finishing about 2 minutes behind me. Big thanks to the guys who did all the work upfront

    I had one of these towers fall on toe on x-mas day. Required melting a paperclip through the nail to relieve the pressure at 5:30am the next morning so I could go ride.

    Poor batting display from SL, no discipline from a lot of the senior players. Not to take away from the good bowling we did today!

    Not sure how true this is, but my father said his running club had a member who was bike jacked while riding on plum pudding two weekends ago.

    This is very sad extra episode, worth watching though!

    Started Super Natural recently, pretty good so far going into season 2. Got a bit of a shock when I saw it's 10 seasons + at 24 episodes a season!

    I'm on a good run of winning competitions at the moment, three in the last two weeks. Hope the good luck keeps rolling this way.

    As a professional athlete that is simply not an acceptable excuse. You need to take responsibility for what goes into your system and if it's medication you take the additional time to check what's on the label and if it's okay or not and not just go on what the pharmacist said. How may times have we all heard this excuse (whether true or not) to know that you shouldn't be making that mistake.
