King Cycles in Worcester is my bike shop. You can ask them anything, and they know what they're talking about. And their prices are very good. Ok I know I'm doing marketing now, but just want to let you know there are still a few good bike shops around.

R2580 at my LBS - and my "new" shock is as good as new!!

I don't know how old! I bought it 2ndhand from a guy a few days ago. He assured me the shock has been serviced lately, (with new seals) and that the mechanic said the scuffmarks is nothing serious. Now I learned the hard way.... At the moment it is still working fine.

Is there any hubbers that got the new stanchion as techguy said? Does it work like a new shock again, or will it be better to get a whole new one? Anybody know the price of a new Fox 32 F100RL?

There's some "scuf" marks on my shock. (think it is called stantions) And it leak some oil on the same side after a ride. What do you guys think? Big problem??? Any DIY tips.

No man, don't worry - the wind will be there every year and it's true what niklasvm said, it's going to be fine!! Just enjoy the vibe and all the people and the route and everything. The first year I did the Argus was in the last group, and I just enjoyed it - just be safe, cause you'll ride all the agterosse in from behind!! Enjoy!

Yes, just the last single track (in the veld) on the 40km route. It's about 3km long - the first phase of the trail. Don't really get a chance to build the rest - but I'll try to finish it before the end of the winter. Did you do the trial? What did you think?

Jy kan as jy wil by gewone presta tubes (sonder sealant in) die moertjie voor op die valve wat hom oop en toe maak met 'n tang oordraad draai tot hy heeltemal uit is en die lang dingetjie in die valve binnetoe val. Ek gebruik dan sommer 'n spuitnaald om die oko in te spuit. Die trick is net om weer die lang dingetjie wat in die tube l?, so te tune dat hy weer by die valve uitkom om die moertjie weer op te sit.
