  1. Had a giggle...love the post
  2. Oh ja, I see now. People should know by now that CO2 'leaks' more through tyres than normal air.
  3. Was ready to "we ride at dawn" With other crazies (going to attempt all 7 stages at Hakahana in on go..) DAMN it rained rocks and stones there for sure! Running wild out there! After Jay and I rode ahead of the others after the 3rd stage finish he punctured down the 4th stage and I had the last 3.9 stages to ride alone Super rad tough morning out on the bike. Love it!
  4. Was this pumped up with a hand/floor pump or CO2?
  5. I'd like to know what pressure (per rider weight) are these okes running that were getting these side wall cuts...
  6. A Lot of markets happening it seems.... http://www.eventfinda.co.nz/2016/howick-village-market/auckland/howick?utm_medium=rss
  7. I found something that is awesome about this....check how calm everyone stayed. Till now only one road accident happened too. Can you start to imagine what a mess something like this will be like in SA? https://www.facebook.com/CTVEdmonton/videos/1015668428468211/?pnref=story More videos can been seen here (https://www.facebook.com/CTVEdmonton/videos?fref=photo) of how the cars are just abandoned along the road. My brother and his wife weren't together when the evacuation started, he was just outside the town and could not get back in to help his wife and daughter and she had to make the choice to leave their dogs behind too (they took them over from SA when they moved there) while she grabbed a few of their things. So when she eventually got to him outside of town they abandoned their one car too and headed for Calgary, about 750km away which took them over 28hours to drive due to congestion etc etc.
  8. The whole town is now evacuated, it is now known as the largest evacuation ever in Alberta state history... "the entire city of 60,000 had been ordered evacuated. Residents by the thousands fled the fire, and for hours caused gridlock on Highway 63, and even overwhelmed oilsands work camps, where beds and meals were offered. Fire chief Darby Allen said the entire neighbourhood of Beacon Hill "appears to have been lost" and the fire burned many homes in other parts of the city." My sister in law says "it is like in the movies where both incoming and exiting lanes of the highways are used by people wanting/needing to leave. Cars ran out of fuel and fuel stations are dried out." Somehow I think an event like this, even if it is the 'bad and ugly' still has a place 'on a new thread' ..
  9. Oh, sorry, then I was wrong posting here. I did even double check the thread name after reading that comment from T.
  10. Where does "awesome" come from?
  11. My brother, sister-in-law and niece (2 years old) is evacuated from their house and sitting with a few belongings in their car along side the road not knowing if they will have a house when they are allowed to go back ........ https://www.facebook.com/rmwoodbuffalo/?fref=nf *tears in my eyes*

  19. That's Patches pic, not mine. I don't eat apples and my trips to the shops will always have some carbs in it (like pitas or english muffins).
  20. I did the calculation on Sunday at WW again of your pic you sent the other day (didn't know you had a 700g tomatoes, I only priced a 400g or so) and the comparison isnt THAT bad. You said you paid R170 ish for the items below (I think there must have been a chocolate hiding there somewhere...haha) but the items came to R130 at WW. Not toooo bad.
  21. My pizza never even makes it to the kitchen...and if I have a place like that, neither will I
