An hour isn't much considering Jo had a sprained wrist from the end of stage 1 and it was her second mtbike race PM me if you wanna be my coach

It's not as easy as it looks!! Jo and I raced against "towing" mixed teams at last years Panorama, but its'n not as useful as during Mtbike races. A road race is all about staying with the peleton - with a bungee it takes too long to respond to an acceleration in the peleton. That's how we beat the "towing" teams! SabieX was a different story - we got beaten by a more experienced and stronger team. Jo can climb better than Samantha IMO, but with Renato's skill and power we were no match!! Maybe next year!! I would be happy if 'pushin'g or 'holding on' was only allowed for a limited time - but that's impossible to enforce! You do have to be flippen strong to tow someone - it drains your energy levels!

Just set a (some) goal(s) and it's pretty easy... Mine is: "If I don't train - my wife will start beating me soon" - on a bike that is. Just do 2 sessions a day - one in the am outside and one in the pm on the idt...

Good... When I bought some at Dischem (woodmead) 2 weeks ago I struggled to find 6 gels out of 3 boxes that were decent. And a week later 2 of them leaked as well! Glad you got this sorted cos the smell and stickyness is terrible...
