no just RR's I've just got a pair of 2012 RR'S evo's fitted. apparently (according to schwalbe) they're gripper or exhibit better transition between the knobs as well as being faster rolling. I find the grip on RR's to be just fine but maybe that's down to my tractor wheels - 29x2.25 @1.4/5 front and 1.7/8 rear

Agreed! Furthermore I'd take grip over poor wear on tar any day. My 12 month old Ralph's are fast as fudge if I want grip I just lean hard into the corner to hookup the side knobs!

I think if your in the know then Shimano's might be better, for me I've ridden 300k multi-day races on my candy's with no probs. face planted in Tokai - no probs as it clipped out ok!!! ridden in all water, dust and sand - no probs. bet I get on my bike tonight and the bl%dy bearing disintergrate as per 'Kona Kula's" post

I've used mine for a year (150k's a week) no issues and no maintence(Candy 3 1's) they float better or seem to so [i think] they are better for my knees (maybe ).

Also ensure your bike has been setup correctly so that you are peddling as efficient as possible and to also save your knees, neck and lower back!
