Not exactly a multivitamin however I've been using USN Muscle Fuel STS for the past 4 months instead of multivitamins as I found I needed to increase my supplementation to support my increased riding activity . I must say it has helped me to recover quicker after each ride; helped me stay fresh and fatigue free; made me a stronger rider - all with no adverse weight gain.....

QR Verses 15MM Maxle?

I've just been informed that Hutchinson Python's are a suitable tire for the GR300, I have just purchase some 2011 Racing Ralphs Snakeskins 2.25 for my 29'er HT as I'm nervous to try a heavier tire (bike weight - 12kg's). I'm not so familiar with the published routes so a little concerned about tire choice.. would love to get some input from riders of the 2011 GR300 or those who have ridden the routes before..

Been there done that - could not walk for 4 days because my hips were busted up!!!!!! changed my rims to crests now can run at 1.6 front and 1.8 back (Hardtail) no problems - so moral of the story [for me] get decent rims and tires before you start messing with tire pressure!

MTB all the way, although I enjoy Road races, but in general scared of motorists - almost got taken out twice yesterday at Ladies Mile and Kendel Road!!!!!!!

Hello MH, are you saying if I bias the pressure towards the negative the fork will respond with a plusher ride? Also does plusher equal a greater propensity for softness and pitching?

Go for a Giant and keep some cash back for lighter wheels (5k for crests and hope II evo) - I started riding 29ers last April. Wheels matter bigtime (and hubs) as do tires (go 2.25 min 2.35 pref and mess around with pressure- low is best) oh yeah and SLX min as these are bullet proof
