I agree, in fact this thread should be deleted as there is no proof here, nor do we have the full story. Even if there was proof, then it should be discussed with the teams involved, not here.

I do not think it is our duty to moan at them, it is safe to assume that they have their reasons for doing that. WRT to "riding abreast", what time of the day did this happen? I have only see 2 up, in the yellow lane...EARLY in the morning when there were only about 10 cars on the roads in total...... I dont see people being active about the other road rules/ traffic transgressors....so can we please stop now with the cyclist bashing.....you will never change my view of ANY taxi and you will NEVER change the view of motorist(fat unhealthy blobs mostly) towards cyclist.

Everyone breaks some kind of law, weather that is Tax(car allowance claims come to mind), Speeding(the excuse of I did not see the sign), not making your number plate visible when carrying your bikes....and so the list goes on. Please go and look again, I know for a fact and have seen the above clubs on the cycle lane, but not between sunset beach and t-view...I know lots of people who do not like riding that stretch or the section from the parden eiland to the harbour turn off. For various reasons... What you do not say is where you saw Kevin and George? Maybe they were on the section that EVERYONE uses....I have also seen the above clubs ride on those sections when on their MTB, maybe it is a puncture thing. Why stir?

Why do people not cross the mats when they have had a bad ride? PPA only uses your 3 BEST results. So it does not affect your seeding if you puncture or have a bad day.

I agree with OP, Coolheat has never given my good service...a few of my friends also had not so good dealings with them.

I wish we can separate the 2 issues here. 1. Issue is Road-Rules....I dont think it is anyone's bussiness anymore if a cyclist does obey them or not since so many other road users do not obey them, and people do nothing about it....why only focus on cyclist. Taxi drivers dont give a hoot how they are perceived....so you should do the same. 2. Safety, again people dont care if kids are buckled up or not, talking on their cellphones etc. So why do you worry about their safety.....leave them alone....Darwin comes to mind....it is their safety and their problem not yours/mine I have decided that in 2012 I will not care if the taxi's push in, overtake on the left....women on cellphone, kid not in safety belt...it is not my problem. I am only looking after myself. I have tried before to make a difference, only to be shot down. Just enjoy being on the road....with your bike.

Lots of people do park like that without the hazards on, espcially while people are being dropped off or picked up. Lets just clarify, is this posting regarding a 1 ton car against a 90kg cyclist.....OR is it because the action irritates other motorists? If it is because these people might get killed then the picture taker should have told the group that there and then, not post it here as "cleanup our act"

I am looking for a all inclusive training program. Does anyone know where one can find something like that. I hope to find a program that includes gym work not just cycling. I know one has to do some core stuff etc but I don't know what to do when. Does anyone maybe have such a program? Something that can tell me what to on a daily bassis?

That is the wrong attitude. So it is ok to drive drunk as long as no one gets injured? I thought it is about what is LEGAL? Is it ok if your house gets broken into as long as no one dies or gets injured? Come on.... Legal or illegal decide what side of the fence you want to be on.
