    Yes, some more info would be great. Even when looking at HR based training, it can be a bit confusing. There are different zones based upon max HR, some use HR reserve, then the zones are also configured different i.e. Is zone 3 between 70 and 80% for example or a different % range?

    Now those would really be great and would help me with the Jock as my training has not gone as planned????????, but just maybe they could safe the legs a bit on the climbs???????? and help me to finish in a better time????

    Lots of well equipped winter pain caves with nice trainers and computers/iPads ???? Well, I don't have a fancy modern trainer and screen☺️. Here is my screen My winter pain cave???????? And a nice view as a bonus and my juice stays nicely chilled????

    Started my ride with clear skies this morning. My route goes over a hill as I get out of town and I felt like I was dressed too warm. But at 6km into my ride it all changed and I was thankful for the warm jacket???? as I entered a world swallowed in cold mist 41kms later, 4kms from home I was released from my misty world????
