Hope your worried about the beer part. SS bike always have walking included

1st push slabs, 2nd push satellite hill, 3rd push church 4th over the line, 5th and final pushing guys out the way so you can get to the barman 1st for the ice cold beer

I think SS is all about just getting a bike converting with some pimping and get on it and ride with a big smile on your face hassle free. Converted an old 1999 gary fisher paragon V-brake and loving it. Already thinking about building a 29inch next year. The first thought was must be alu or metal at least cause I want a full custom paint job.......... Got to love pimping a SS bike.

Looking at a few weather sites we may just get away with the rain. If not I am sure the beer will still be cold at the end

can't decide to go the krugersdorp way or the peacanwood way to get there. What time does the road race start? May be able to miss the roadies by going krugersdorp very early.

But there is only 2 cans of USN coming along so can't be that bad...... I have a feeling we may end up at the Ale House after the race

Been drinking beers and busy eating a doughnuts so the gangagreen machine is missing some HP's in the motor, but I will make up for it at the beer and bomb session afterwards. Now that category I am fit for....

No wait after nearly every race that uses SS timing ha ha....... I have actually given up with the sedding. It is like a black hole and to be honest I don't think it shows a true reflection on where people stand. It should be cleaned out and everyone start over again. Only way it will get sorted.

I think it also depends on the race. Sani is easy a HT race and they make it smoother every year. Soon it will be a road race 3 towers can be done on a HT bike but I think if you want to take full advantage of those awesome trailes then DS is the way to go. Not sure if the Rigid SS will qualify for fun at 3 towers but SS with front shock HT was fun. Also as it has been mentioned before if your not going to win it then at least try make it more comfortable. Says me still riding a 26inch HT bike
