  1. Yeah mostly but 3 weeks before the time to have a peak 1, peak 2 and then race week. Before that you have your build weeks...
  2. Oom Barry haha... Verry nice and his brother aswell, Oom Koos. Oom Koos's son Bert is 16 and has been using that stuff for a long time. Great product!
  3. Read my post... Enduren: SUGER FREE - ALL NATURAL. But I disagree, I train with enduren and when I use whasp or FIT suddenly @ a race I perform better. Due to the fact that my body gets use to Enduren because I use it every day. So you can use a new product on race day. I have also been using products with sugar since the age of 11, so no problem there I switched to Enduren 1 year ago because it does not taste bad or in the heat. Anyone not agreeing with me here?
  4. Why change something that works Ellsworth make some of the best bikes around and that is VERY good looking!!
  5. WASP has developed a special drink for children... BUT it's just like GAME. GAME never helped me when I was 13. You can give him ENDUREN,it's the best. Go to http://www.enduren.co.za/shop.html This has no sugar added so does not spike you and is an all natural product... I'm a teen and it's all I use!
  6. I hate these guys... (CSA)
  7. Well I'd have to say Club 100, Angie works very hard to get things done. The club like to help people, they donated this HUGE bag of clothing and shoes and parts for a colored boy who lived with us when he was sponsored by Club 100. They got a sponsor to help pay for his school, clothing, transport while he was living with us for that time. They even DONATED a full carbon Eddy Mercx - Brand new for him to ride with. My father owns the Club 100 Academy for younger riders and they pay attention to every detail and help where they can! I was in the sponsored team for the academy for 2 years, my brother is entering his 4th year in the sponsored team, so our whole family is @ Club 100. Great spirit at Club 100
  8. Thanks for the help... Now I can't decide if it's a good deal or not?? There's a nice Silverback as well
  9. + 1
  10. Nooooo it's ASG being smart Sold my dad 15 sets of Rudy glasses for the MTN cycling team (u16 and junior) @ R800 and they want R650 for the lenses now it's a ripoff BUT smart
  11. Hi all, I have ridden MTB in the past for about 3 years but 2 years ago it got stolen... So I was thinking of getting a new one just to play around with for a bit of of road use I was wondering if 10 speed is needed on a MTB or is 9 speed fine? I have looked around a lot and this LOOKS like a bargain but I'm not sure... Okay it's a Trek 4900 Disc hardtail 26" and not a 29er and with 10 SPEED SLX/DEORE groupo, the specs are: - Front suspension SR Suntour XCR-RL w/coil spring, preload, remote lockout, 100mm travel - Wheels Shimano RM66 center lock alloy hubs; Bontrager AT-850 disc 32-hole rims - Shifters Shimano Deore M591, 10 speed - Front derailleur Shimano Deore - Rear derailleur Shimano SLX M663 Shadow - Crank Shimano Deore Hollow - Cassette Shimano HG62-10 11-36, 10 speed - Saddle Bontrager Evoke 1 - Seatpost Bontrager SSR, 31.6mm, 20mm offset - Handlebar Bontrager Low Riser OS, 31.8mm, 15mm rise, 9 degree sweep - Stem Bontrager Race Lite, 31.8mm - Brakeset Shimano M446 hydraulic disc brakes I can get this bike, BRAND NEW for R7000 it sounds like a bargain because it's got 10 speed on. What do you guys think? OR Should I go 29er? I am 175cm tall I weigh 60kg's so I'm sure the 26" will do the job? Thanks
  12. Bru don't worry about any of these guys say (not all of them) Just a bunch of guys that think being an "Ultimate Hubber" means you are a cyclist I laugh every time some of these guys post You had the right to speak your mind and it was poor service. However Cyclelab is not to blame, it's the sales man. Maybe he had a bad day
  13. I think you said "best junior team". One man is not a team bud.
  14. If we get the amount of talent needed, end of the year. If we don't, it doen not happen. 1st Year U23 next year, nice! What's his name? It's a road team hey.
  15. maxi-teck@hotmail.com Thanks
  16. They will be 1st year U23 by then? Feeding them out of the academy into the U23 team and maybe into the Pro team. I see no I issue with long term development. They have been riding for the for a while and will be entering their 4th year of sponsorship. They will be riding Look frames / Giro helmets / Radar glasses. They receive all those and pay in a percentage of the frame. Full race sponsorship for all the races/tours, accommodation, etc. We have a 8 - 10 man team for next year (including reserves).
  17. Are you coaching my brother then? I can argue about you coaching all the best guys. Do you coach one of the following: - Charl Slabbert - Coached by my father - Nico Thiart - Coached by Jannie - Dirkie Nel - Coached by his father - Henrico van Niekerk - Coached by Jaco Are you talking about Ruan, Wesley, James and Kevin?
  18. Hi all, I am looking for a few U23 riders who are looking for a sponsor? My father is looking to start a team for next year and he would like 4 - 6 riders in the team to kick it off and then in 2013 we he has 4 very talented Juniors who will be joining the team. MTN Nycomed U23 Road Team. Please feel free to ask me any questions. Thanks.
  19. Just go to the clinic and ask for a wound dressing that is flexible and it's SEE thou. I can't remember the name, sorry and good luck
  20. It looks like the exact same watch...
  21. Well I have connected a few times and my brother even more... I have seen that leaving a wound open does not work as nice ans as fast as putting a bandage over. We would normally buy a big elastic bandage, it's like a 2nd skin. Put your anti septic cream on the wound and over goes the bandage. The bandage is big and very elastic, it moves with your body. Normally it makes a small bag of juice (kind of sif) inside the bandage, that's when I know it's working. The nice thing about wet healing a wound is that you don't get any scabs and it does not leave as big a marl on the body as the dry wound healing way. These bandages are a bit on the expensive side, but totally worth it! In the beginning you might want to use one bandage a day and later on you can start using a bandage say for two or three days. Depends on you. Hope you recover soon
  22. There you go... http://www.zipp.com/support/identify/wheel_timeline.php Do yours have dimples on? Like a golf ball...
  23. That's more of a bargain to me than R8k Got my Corima's with only R800km's on like brand new with conti tubbs for R4.5K more than a year ago...
  24. I was wondering what the SA on the back was doing there
