  1. Thanks Furbz. I was thinking of multiple bike owners who don't necessarily want to transfer the pedals, or want dedicated shoes/cleats per bike. But seems this isn't an obstacle easily overcome.
  2. Some comments suggest "reasonable" compatibility with Look Keo. Was wondering if anybody had experience and could confirm.?
  3. Can anybody confirm alternative cleat compatibility.? Or whether the P1 cleats are indeed compatible with other pedals.? Also, those who recommended these pedals highly to start, do you still.?
  4. Are they shipping to RSA.?
  5. Has obtaining a Canyon become any easier yet.?
  6. LOL Really not a bad looking frame/bike except for the exposed brake hose on fork.
  7. Some of the pricing may force me to look at Giant ... they are relatively budget friendly. Also doesn't seem as if too many brands have frame only options available.
  8. Who stocks Cervelo locally, and specifically Cape Town.?
  9. Know the feeling... Seems it was a good one too.! Anyway, things happen for a reason.
  10. Hoping you're wrong, but you're probably spot on.!
  11. Can't argue with anything that's been said. Some very well priced Gen1's available from time to time making it very difficult to overlook as an option, if it's confirmed to be working 100%.
  12. I was fortunate and keen on a pair @ almost 50% off. But being between sizes meant I missed out.
  13. Nice - albeit that black shoes aren't for everybody. Spez apparel/shoes are like Levi jeans - they almost work for everybody. I just wish there were more .5 shoe sizes available in-store.
  14. Just paid them a quick visit and really impressed with what's on offer. Jumped on my problem immediately and sorted it quick-quick. Store has come a long way from their Woodstock days - not that that set-up was bad, just different. May indulge in some coffee next time when I have a bit more time.
  15. That's NB Cycles who also posted on thread. Small store still finding its way, but were very helpful.
  16. All of the above are in reasonable proximity. CROWN is generally my go to store. Olympic have a wide variety of stock. Heard good things about GearChange although I last interacted with them when they were still in Woodstock. And NB Cycles was exceptionally helpful when I popped in the other day.
  17. Rollers are a bit like tubbies, still used but by a minority group.
  18. You'll never satisfy everyone, all the time.
  19. Any chance that the weather forecasts could still be wrong. ? LOL Maybe some calm between 6:00 and 12:00.? Too optimistic perhaps.?
  20. Let us know how the Cape wind compares to conditions back home.
  21. Proof that there's no one bib fits all. Assos is commonly regarded as the gold standard while NW make some pretty good stuff too.
