My Not so Humble Opinion. The other guy/girl is always a poepol. I ride, jog and drive that way. Or try to at least. Sometimes I am the other guy. I consider getting off the trail and in to the rough training. Hiiting the brakes and picking up speed is called intervals. I will not let the poepol that think he owns the road spoil my day. I have jeans that look like that. It makes perfect sense that they cost R4k. I bought them six years ago for about R400 and have warn them many times since. If you take into account the electricity, water and soap cost of washing them a hundred times or more. Plus the travel expenses to get to all the spots that have worked together to get it to look like that. Plus my hourly rate those pants should be alot more.

Single speed coffee.

Some weekends I am on call and have to be 10 minutes from my pc. This is one of them. So I went down the road to the park between Cruden bay road and Pirates sports club. I usually Just cut through there on my way to the spruit. The isn't used a lot. unlike delta park an emmerentia. So there aren't any walker and doggers to annoy. Start from the eastern side, The bowling club's side and going west, I tried to seed how many sharp turn I could practice by going round the trees. "Always" going to the tree next inline going west or the next one to take and outside turn around. There are a lot of trees and It is good practice for sharp cornering. The challenge to every one that just cuts through the park. Use it. It is there. See how long you can make the trip and how many sharp corners you can take. There are also four gaps in the fence at the top around trees. Go up and around the trees. Possible change in the scoring system. Lower the weigthing of the yerseys for each stage but Increase it in Paris with this increase the points for a stage win. This will make it more unpredictable. And more difficult to pick a strong overall team. It really was fun having a vested interest in watching the race. Thanks again
